Our client is a leading manufacturer/ distributor in the UK and well-known within the industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a Head of Finance to take a strategic position within the business as well as manage the day-to-day responsabilities in accounting.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting such as invoicing and financial reporting
- Manage stock and improve stock strategy
- Attend management meetings and breif collleague on finance updates
- Buy and sell in foreigh currency
- Liaise with key stakeholders in the business
- Liaise with retailers, wholesalers online stockists and distributors
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience of managing stock finances
- Excellent understanding of Cash flow
- Fantastic technical accounting ability
- Knowledge of currency (euros, pounds, dolars, yen)
- Familiarity of working with wholesalers, retailers and/or trade counters
