Location: Community-based, covering areas near depots in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, and North Wales
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, typically Monday to Friday, 11:00-19:00 (includes travel time); occasional travel and overnight stays
Salary: £28,215 + uncapped commission

We're recruiting Field Sales Executives on behalf of a long-established, family-owned leader in the UK's dairy industry. With a legacy dating back to 1938, this company is expanding its doorstep delivery services and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their growing sales team.
As a Field Sales Executive, you'll work in pairs to canvas local communities, promoting the company's doorstep delivery service and securing new customer sign-ups. You'll serve as a brand ambassador-sharing the company's values of sustainability, local support, and exceptional product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Promote doorstep delivery services directly to potential customers
• Engage with the public to explain offerings and generate leads
• Represent the company brand, values, and mission professionally
• Achieve weekly sales targets (with uncapped earning potential)
• Travel to targeted locations; occasional overnight stays required
What We're Looking For
• A proactive, enthusiastic attitude-sales experience is a plus but not essential
• Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people face-to-face
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Full, clean UK driving licence required
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (company-supported)
