Hours: 08:30am - 15:30pm | Monday to Friday

Randstad Education is currently recruiting for a Primary ECT to join a fantastic school in Gorton from September 2025. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to complete your induction year in a nurturing environment that values growth, collaboration, and high-quality teaching.

Job Description:

As an ECT, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for all pupils

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback

• Work closely with experienced staff, including a dedicated mentor for support

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Must Haves:

• QTS achieved or pending (qualified to start in September 2025)

• A genuine passion for teaching and making a positive impact

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A proactive and reflective approach to professional development

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
