Customer Service Advisor – Permanent Role - £22.5 to £23k – Great Benefits
Ash Consulting are working with a well known engineering parts manufacturer who seek to appoint an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to play a vital part in the effective communication and administrative flow between customers and the internal sales and distribution teams. As a Customer Service Advisor you will go above and beyond to support all customers. From organising collections, liaising with distribution and answering queries - no two days will be the same!
In this important role you will consistently and promptly respond to customer enquiries and requests, while maintaining agreed Service Level Agreements and timeframes set out by the management team. You will complete administrative tasks to log all communication and stock movements from order placement to customer receipt.
Candidate skills required
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A clear and professional phone manner
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general
Proven administrative skills
Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
