Crynodeb
As a family run home, we offer a friendly and comfortable place of residence and provide compassionate care you would expect from a member of your own family. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere is the first thing you will notice when you visit Littlebourne House.
We are a residential care home specialising in elderly care and Dementia. The majority of our residents live here on a permanent basis but we also offer respite care.
Job Responsibilities:
To provide support in the preparation, cooking and serving of food
To assist with cleaning all catering areas on a daily basis in accordance with Littlebourne House standards of work.
To have an input on nutritious and healthy menu choices, ensuring the dietary requirements of our residents are met.
Skills/ Requirements
Previous catering experience within a similar environment is preferable but not essential.
Good communication skills.
