We currently have two vacancies for an SEND Learning Support Assistant in our new Enhanced Resource Base for Communication and Interaction Needs working 32.5 hours per week, term time only.
We are excited to be opening a new Enhanced Resource Base, reflecting our inclusive ethos and the expertise of our highly skilled staff. We are looking to expand our team with dedicated and compassionate individuals to work primarily within this new provision, supporting children with communication and interaction difficulties, all of whom have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Successful applicants may also have the opportunity to work alongside our wider team in the mainstream school and within our Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Resource Base.
This role involves supporting pupils currently in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and as they progress into Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with class teachers and specialist staff to implement personalised strategies that promote language development, social interaction, and access to learning.
The closing date for applications is 12:00pm Friday 27th June 2025 with interviews being held Thursday 3rd July 2025.
