Crynodeb
This is a full time (1.0 wte), fixed term, static band 6 role to cover maternity leave. Core hours are worked Monday to Friday, 8:00 16:00 although flexible working will be considered. Additional duties will include participation in on-call and weekend working as well as a late shift (1-9pm). Weekends are rostered with expected frequency of 1:6, an on-call average 1 per month and late shifts approximately 1 per month but all are dependent on service need and staffing levels. This post will allow a physiotherapist with a keen interest in inpatient care to expand both their clinical skills and leadership of a busy and responsive service, with a focus on patient flow whilst ensuring excellent patient care isnt compromised.
