We are seeking a hard-working and proactive Housekeeping Team Leader to join our friendly team.
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities at Stowe.
Your main responsibility will be overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisors & Housekeeping Manager to develop and implement effective cleaning protocols and schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for training new housekeeping employees, conducting regular inspections of facilities, and addressing any logistical challenges that arise. You will be a working Team Leader and carry out the same tasks as a Housekeeping Assistant.
Your leadership will help create a positive learning environment Stoics, staff, and visitors. This position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to lead a diverse team, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery. Stowe School
Stowe School occupies Stowe House and approximately 200 acres of the Stowe estate and is located in Stowe’s world-famous landscape gardens set in 880 acres. Stowe School is an independent co-educational boarding School with approximately 900 pupils. There are around 500 full and part-time staff with 60 staff and their families living on site. The Stowe Group of schools (Stowe, Ashfold, Swanbourne House and Winchester House) are situated on four separate sites in Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire and educate children from 3-18 years.
