Crynodeb

London Museum is here to enrich the understanding and appreciation of London and all its people – past, present, future.

A home for learning, exploration and adventure, we aspire to be a force for good in London, as London must be for the world.

Our new Diary Management Coordinator will be working directly to the Director of London Museum at a time of organisational transformation. It’s a role that will be hugely satisfying for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a complex publicly known organisation. The next two years will be the most dynamic in the lifetime of our museum as we take the final steps to opening our new museum at Smithfield.

The Diary Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing the time of the Director, enabling good access to her for internal and external stakeholders. Being the face of the Directorate office and well networked internally and externally, this role would suit someone who is supreme at scheduling, anticipating problems and resolving them calmly, efficiently and with charm.

Previous experience of working in a museum is not required and you do not need to have any academic qualifications, we are looking for someone who has experience of supporting senior level staff with complex diary management requirements, excellent Microsoft Office skills and influencing skills.
