Production Operative

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight

Hours: 6am - 2pm Mon - Thu, 6am - 12noon Fri / 2pm - 10pm Mon - Thu, 12noon - 6pm Fri (rotating weekly)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: 23rd June 2025, initially for two weeks.

Duties:

Operation of vibrating and sandblasting machinery,
May also involve operation of power tools,
Control of materials and recycling of waste,
Working to technical specifications, quality standards and health & safety regulations.

Experience:

Must have previous production or manufacturing experience and a good awareness of health and safety.
Must be physically fit due to the nature of duties and be able to undertake manual handling tasks.
Must be able to work well to instructions and as part of a team.
Must be flexible with working hours and have good attention to detail.

Salary: £13.84 per hour worked

Due to the start date of this role, we are only considering candidates who are immediately available and already based on the Isle of Wight
