Crynodeb
Pack UK requires a Relationship Manager to play a critical role in building and maintaining excellent relationships with the key stakeholder community. The successful candidate will be fluent in Welsh (written and spoken) and will lead on the establishment and ongoing management of relationships with Local Authorities, Producers, Devolved Governments, Other Government Departments (OGDs) and other stakeholders.
Reporting to the Relationship Management Lead, the Relationship Manager will work with the PackUK Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and other stakeholders to develop and maintain excellent relationships with the PackUK stakeholder community. This will include working with partners across the recycling and packaging sectors and with regulators and administrations across the four nations of the UK. This will include defining all production business processes and Governance processes for the Report’s approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the establishment of the Relationship Management Strategy and Roadmap, covering the key annual Relationship Management activities.
- Establish the operational infrastructure required to support relationships with c.8,000 Producers, 440Local Authorities, the 3 Devolved Governments and a number of OGDs.
- Identify the data required to support all aspects of the work of the Relationship Management Function.
- Lead engagement with trade associations, producers and devolved authorities and government agencies on all PackUK activities, including co-design sessions and participating in Committee meetings.
- Contribute to the work of the PackUK Query Support Team by engagement with stakeholders to support with queries.
- Work closely with the PackUK Comms & Engagement Team in developing high-quality output for external engagements.
- Co-ordinate planning and delivery of external plans with external PackUK stakeholders.
