Crynodeb
We are recruiting for a print finisher to join our client in Bradford on a full time permanent basis
Responsibilities;
· Operate a B1 Print Finishing Machine.
· Apply Emboss and Foil impressions to various types of cardboard/paper sheets.
· Set up to 6 different foil positions at any one time.
· Use die cutting forms to die cut full sheets.
· Make ready multiple dies in any one pass.
· Follow out in house quality checks, documenting any issues and archiving samples.
· Work with the production team to lay up sheets while considering customer demand, machine positioning, waste and efficiencies.
· Monitor consumable stock levels.
· Use Melonex files to align dies in the exact required position.
· Follow production schedules.
· Use Low-Res imagery to countercheck all finished product.
· Set machine temperatures/weight to suit bespoke dies/board.
You will be required to work morning and afternoons on a rotating pattern, weekly.
