We are currently seeking a DAF Master Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Fleet Operator based in the Glasgow area.
The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £49,500 with OTE of circa £54,000 with working hours of 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
Our Client is looking for a DAF Master Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:
- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of DAF Trucks
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an HGV Technician, ideally working with DAF vehicles
- Completion of Level 4 specialist training through the DAF Academy (or willingness to undertake it if not yet completed)
- Successful completion of the DAF accredited assessment process to achieve or work toward DAF Master Technician status
- Strong knowledge of DAF diagnostic systems, fault-finding procedures, and advanced repair techniques
- Recognised qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
- Ability to work independently, manage complex diagnostic tasks, and maintain high standards of accuracy and safety
- Familiarity with DAF and Isuzu vehicles is highly desirable
- A full UK driving licence is essential
