Location: Aldermans Green, Coventry, CV2
Weekly Pay: £455 - £480
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm (Term Time Only)
Start Date: 01/09/2025
Contract: Long-term, Temp-to-Perm
Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Aldermans Green (CV2) that is seeking a dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant with strong SEN experience. This is a long-term role starting in September, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
What the school is looking for:

Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent)
Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent)

Experience: At least 1 year supporting pupils with SEN in an Early Years or Primary setting

Specialist Skills: Confident using strategies to support children with ASD, speech and language needs, and other developmental delays

Knowledge: Understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to adapt it to suit individual needs
