Key role and responsibilities for Furniture Upholsterer
- Ability to use hand tools including pneumatic staplers, Cutting Knives, Scissors, Screw Guns and various others
- Using sewing machine would be advantageous
- Cutting suitable patterns (vinyl & leather material)
- Dealing with rolls of vinyl or skins of leather
- Completing all relevant paperwork
- Adhering to health and safety policies at all times
Minimum requirements for Furniture Upholsterer
- Ability to work independently or as a part of the team
- Can do attitude
- Willing to adopt a flexible positive approach to working
- Good written and verbal communication
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent eye to detail
