JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Practice Administrator
A growing Accountancy Practice with an excellent culture are seeking a Business Administrator & Receptionist to join their team! This role will be 5 days in office providing support to the wider team.
Reporting to: Practice Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Receiving and handling phone calls.
• Dealing with client queries at front of office when clients arrive.
• Working with internal staff and external staff and clients via email.
• Providing general administration support such as typing, photocopying, filing, scanning, responding to emails and general correspondence.
• Producing reports from accounting software for meetings.
• Liaising with other offices within the wider group.
• Compiling, maintaining, and updating client records when requested.
• Assist in the onboarding and set up of new clients alongside the onboarding team.
• Ordering office materials and supplies as and when needed.
• Banking and postal duties.
• Arranging client meetings.
• Assistance of managing workflow within the office.
Experience Level:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
Desired Qualification:
• Business Administration
Essential Skills and qualities:
• Good interpersonal skills, particularly verbal and written.
• Have previous Business Support/Receptionist experience.
• Strong IT skills – Excel, Word
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce quality documentation.
• Good team player and willing to support the team.
• Ability to organise information coming from/through different sources and keeping track of it.
• Have an excellent telephone manner in addition to being articulate and courteous.
