Here at All Care, we have an ongoing need for Reablement Care Workers to join our team and help support the North Hampshire community.
The ideal candidate for this role will be:
Punctual
Reliable
Caring
Patient
Motivated to make a difference in our clients' lives
Responsibilities:
Supporting clients to regain independence and confidence in their daily activities
Assisting with health and wellbeing tasks such as administering medication
Preparing meals
Observing, monitoring, and record-keeping to track clients' progress
Facilitating client travel around the community
Performing light housekeeping tasks
Assisting clients with personal care such as washing, toileting, and dressing
Providing companionship and emotional support
What we offer YOU:
Full training provided - 4-day training is mandatory upon offer
£13.00ph weekdays- £14.00ph weekends
Mileage is paid at 40p per mile from your first client to your last

28 days annual leave - pro rata

Employment Summary:
Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time)
Duration: Minimum of 4 months
Bonus: £250 paid after completing four full months
