The Role:
Are you a confident team leader with a passion for supporting people experiencing homelessness? We’re looking for a Booking and Accommodation Supervisor to lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering emergency, interim, and temporary accommodation services in our Housing Solutions Service
In this pivotal role as a Booking and Accommodation Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of accommodation bookings, ensure legal compliance, and work closely with providers and internal teams to deliver safe, suitable housing for those in urgent need
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, the Booking and Accommodation Supervisor will support vulnerable households while driving service quality and performance
As a Booking and Accommodation Supervisor you will manage a team of officers and an apprentice, provide training and mentorship, and collaborate with the Commissioning and Contract Manager to monitor provider performance and improve service delivery
