gap personnel are recruiting for a Machine Operative for our client in Wellington, Somerset. Our client is a leading specialist manufacturing company.
The Role:
Set up, operate, and closely monitor production machinery to ensure efficient packaging output.
Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Support other production staff and assist in ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Requirements
Previous experience operating industrial or manufacturing machines is strongly preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks.
A proactive, safety-conscious attitude and willingness to work in a team-focused environment.

Competitive hourly rate of £13.00.

Hours and Pay:
Monday to Thursday, 0800am – 1630pm & Friday, 0600am – 1230pm
£13.00 - £14.00ph (Depending on experience)
