About Us
At Square Property Management, we manage homes that change lives — providing safe, compliant, and well-maintained accommodation for vulnerable people in supported living and residential care.

We’ve built a strong operational foundation and are now entering a new phase of growth. Our goal? To build a business that delivers real social impact while scaling to £1M+ in annual revenue — so we can reinvest into better systems, better homes, and a stronger, more empowered team.

We’re not looking for someone to “just manage properties.” We’re looking for a ground-level leader who wants to grow with us, take ownership, and help shape how we scale across Birmingham and beyond.

The Role: Property Manager – Supported Living & Residential Care
As our On-Ground Property Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our homes are compliant, well-maintained, and tenant-ready at all times. You’ll be the operational link between our back-office support and the physical properties — making sure nothing slips through the cracks as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine and ad hoc property inspections

Manage and report repairs and maintenance, liaising with our in-house and external contractors

Ensure full compliance with fire safety, gas safety, EICRs, PAT testing, emergency lighting, and other regulatory requirements

Prepare and oversee void turnarounds and move-ins

Be the on-site point of contact for tenants, care teams, and supported living partners

Support the development and feedback loop of our systems and checklists for scale

Use property management tools (e.g. Fixflo, checklists, GDrive, WhatsApp) to streamline operations

We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in property management or facilities oversight (HMO or supported living experience preferred)

Someone who is comfortable with tech tools, checklists, and systems

Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal accountability

A natural communicator who can build relationships while holding standards

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Someone who takes pride in supporting safe, dignified housing for people in care

What You’ll Get
£28K–£35K salary depending on experience

Mileage allowance for site visits

Performance-based bonus linked to key property and growth metrics

Flexibility and independence — you’ll own your outcomes

The chance to grow with a business aiming to reach £1M+ revenue with a social purpose

An entrepreneurial founder who reinvests into systems, staff, and scale

Why This Matters
By helping us grow operationally — getting homes ready faster, keeping them compliant, and resolving issues quickly — you’re not just managing property. You’re part of a mission to raise standards in supported housing and build a scalable, purpose-led business from the ground up.

How to Apply
Apply now with your CV and a short note about why this mission excites you.
We’re interviewing on a rolling basis — so don’t wait.
