Blue Recruitment Personnel is currently seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers (Cat. C) on behalf of several well-established and respected logistics clients operating across multiple UK depot locations.
These roles offer a fantastic opportunity for reliable and safety-focused drivers looking to secure steady Class 2 driving work in container or general haulage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Local and regional deliveries, including containers and palletised goods
Pre-use vehicle checks and accurate log-keeping
Adherence to road safety and driver compliance standards
Loading/unloading responsibilities may apply depending on the shift or the client contract
Liaising professionally with depot teams and customers
Day and night shifts are available depending on the location
Pay Rates:
LTD/Umbrella Drivers:
Days: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour
Nights/Weekends: £18.00 – £19.00 per hour
PAYE Drivers:
Days: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour
Nights/Weekends: £16.50 – £17.50 per hour

Requirements:
Full HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Licence
Valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph
At least 1 year of Class 2 driving experience (container experience desirable)
Good understanding of UK road transport regulations
Physically capable where loading/unloading is involved
Strong knowledge of driver regulations and the Working Time Directive
Reliable, safety-conscious and customer-service focused
