We are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and compassionate KS2 Class Teacher who shares our vision and values — someone who is committed to making a meaningful difference in children’s lives.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a qualified teacher with experience of working in a primary setting
• Has strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective, inclusive teaching strategies
• Creates a joyful, engaging and purposeful learning environment for all children
• Sets high expectations for achievement, progress and behaviour
• Builds nurturing and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Is reflective, resilient, and open to growing professionally
• Embraces and promotes the Christian ethos and values of our school community
You will:
• Deliver an exciting, high-quality curriculum that inspires and challenges children to be their best
• Ensure all pupils, including those with SEND and additional needs, make excellent progress
• Create a classroom culture where all learners feel safe, valued and empowered
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents and external agencies to support the needs of every child
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum and wider life of the school
• Engage fully in professional development, both for your own growth and to support others
