We are Gravity, where having fun matters!

Situated in the heart of Warrington, Gravity is the UK’s biggest name in active entertainment, boasting a full site of the trampoline parks we’re famous for. A great place for families to create memories, spend a fun-filled afternoon, or burn off excess energy.

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Marshall to join our team.

The role of a Marshall

Our key to success is FUN! Fun for our customers and a fun working environment for our team. The main role of a Marshall is to create an exceptional customer experience through every interaction, so we're looking for a friendly, approachable team player who enjoys making people smile.

Creating a fun environment also means looking after the space in which you work, so attention to detail to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met is also a key part of the role, but don't worry we provide full training on Gravity's ways of working and health and safety standards. If you can see yourself leading the next Gravity warm up, or hosting a children's party, or even greeting customers front of house or in our cafe, we'd love to hear from you.

What’s in it for you?

· Discounted rates for Gravity sites and products

· Subsidised food and drink on sites

· Contributary health insurance

· Employee Assistance Program

· Great location which has close connections with all public transport routes

· The opportunity to grow your career through training and development – many of our managers and central teams started as Marshalls!

And best of all you will be joining a fun team, with a great company culture! #wearegravity
