The Best Connection Oldham are currently recruiting a Machine Operative for our client in the Ashton-Under-Lyne area.
A strong background in Machine Operation is essential to apply and we can only consider applications that indicate you've this experience.
Temp to perm role on offer - but can be via Best Connection for 12 months before transferring.
Lots of further training on offer, so you must have a thirst to develop your skill set.

Hours Monday-Thursday 0730-1715 Pay rate £12.94 per hour with £19.41 on Fridays & Saturdays until 1pm, After 1pm £25.88 p/h Responsibilities of the machine Operative Operating a 6 axis wickman machine - training given Basic Mechanical work Machine operating Measuring components Quality Control Elements of manual handling so physical fitness required Requirements of the Machine Operative Attention to detail. Ideally mechanically minded Strong machine background essential Recent checkable work history Repetitive duties during training period Must be able to travel to Bredbury in the future for work.
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
