The Best Connection Bedford have a fantastic opportunity with one of our established clients and are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to pick and pack items and carry out warehouse duties safely and accurately at their new site. Fantastic work environment, friendly hard-working team looking for their next super-star colleague.
Shift and pay rates:
Monday - Friday 08.00 -17.00/ Wednesday - Sunday 08.00 - 17.00, pay rate £12.50 per hour.
Candidates must be flexible to work either shift pattern due to business demands.
Candidates must be able to commit to the above shift patterns, on-going opportunity with the chance for a permanent role for successful candidates.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative: Use in-house CRM Stock and order software competently to customer order targets and pick and pack schedule Pick and Pack accurately, label and dispatch items from the warehouse from various locations ensuring this is completed accurately and to prescribed pick rates Load and unload containers and pallets of stock and equipment, following health and safety practices at all times Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Management and warehouse team to drive efficiencies in the warehouse, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and stock control Provide guidance and support to new starters and colleagues once comfortable to do so and settled into the role. Requirements of the Warehouse Operative: Previous Warehouse experience required Excellent attention to detail Ability to work well within the team, with good communication skills Excellent organisational skills, ability to follow health and safety practices at all times Other benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Limited include: 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Weekly pay Pension contribution Online payslips
