Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Machine Operators to join a busy client of ours in Headcorn. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery efficiently, ensuring the production process runs smoothly, and maintaining safety standards at all times.
Must be able to work alternating shifts weekly (07:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 23:00).
MUST HAVE MACHINE OPERATIVE EXPERIENCE, IS NOT INDUSTRY DEPENDENT.
Pay for this position is £13.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery according to company guidelines and safety protocols. Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Troubleshoot issues with machines and work to resolve them quickly. Report any malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors. Ensure all production targets are met within the required timeframe.
Requirements: Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing / production environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills. Reliable and punctual.
