Location: North London
Pay Rate: £90-£100/day
Job Type: Full-Time / Term-Time Only
Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives?
We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive college in North London, seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, proactive, and comfortable providing personal care to students with additional needs.

Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and hygiene support, where required

Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in college life

Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans

Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment

Experience working with young people or adults with SEND is desirable

Comfortable and confident delivering personal care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
