The role requires a DBS and a SC clearance check. The position is for a Night Shift Cleaning Operative at BAE Systems. The successful candidate should ensure all work equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and become familiar with all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You maybe required to work within a team and also be able to work under your own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you should have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is preferable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role.
