Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs (SEN)? We're working with a supportive and inclusive school that is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis.
What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students' social and emotional development
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (in school or similar settings)
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- A genuine passion for education and helping young people thrive
- Availability for full-time, long-term work
