Crynodeb
Undertaking comprehensive assessments of clients referred into the service. Formulating and delivering a specialist, individual, goal orientated treatment programme based on sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and treatment options using assessment, clinical reasoning skills and knowledge of treatment e.g. treatment techniques and principles, equipment provision and other alternative options. Ensuring a holistic approach to overall care and rehabilitation of pain management clients including effective working relationships with clients therapist, MDT and relevant others. Addressing relevant functional physical disability and skills deficits enabling the client in areas of self-care, personal health management, activity, education and leisure. Delivering treatment either individually or in a group. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client treatment records in line with CSP, HCPC and FfT standards of practice and to contribute to multidisciplinary reports. Providing clinical supervision and support to movement therapists as appropriate
