You would be aHealthcare Support Worker working in the four-bed unit focusing on delivering outstanding clinical care for children and young people with lifelong health needs in a nurse-led team. The opportunity to support outpatient clinics that run in the same building is also a possibility as part of this role, where you would be supporting a medical team to facilitate a range of clinics based in this community setting. This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to meet the health needs of children, young people, and their families within a multidisciplinary inter agency framework.
