Job Description:
We are seeking a Assistant Site Manager to join the team. As the Assistant you will be required to be hands on and managing teams on the site.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day site operations
- Extensive knowledge of timber frame construction process.
- Excellent leadership
- Managing subcontractors and labour to maintain momentum and site standards
- Leading handovers, snagging, and final site presentation
- Tracking progress against the build program and resolving delays proactively
