As a Flexible Primary Teacher, you will be stepping in for absent teachers, delivering pre-planned lessons in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). You'll create a positive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure lessons are delivered smoothly and effectively. You'll also have the opportunity to work across different schools, giving you variety and experience.
