Responsibility
What will you be responsible for:Providing individualized academic and well-being support to students, assisting with time management and stress reduction techniques, building student confidence, and maintaining accurate student records. You will conduct both in-person and online sessions, collaborating closely with the Randstad team.
Specifically the activities will be:Mentoring students, developing personalized support plans, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with other support professionals.
Experience
What requirements are we looking for?Experience supporting students with mental health needs is essential. A background in relevant NAS training modules is highly beneficial (support provided).
Requirements/Skills
What requirements are we looking for?Registration with BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA is required. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are also crucial. A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
