Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: Starting at £30,000 per annum, with regular salary progression based on your professional development.
  • Joining Bonus: Receive a £1,000 bonus upon joining our team.
Flexible Working Hours:
  • Full-time: 36.75 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Thurs 08:45 am - 04:45 pm, Tues 08:45 am - 05:30 pm, Fri 08:45 am - 04:30 pm).
  • Part-time options available (must include Tuesday).
  • Generous Holiday: Enjoy 56 days school holiday plus Bank Holidays (effective from 01/09/2024).
Your Role:

Training and Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Background in teaching or experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities or special educational needs.
  • Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) along with a minimum Grade C/4 GCSE in English Language & Maths or equivalent.
  • Compassion and Patience: A genuine desire to help children overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
  • Resilience: Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
