Crynodeb

We are looking for a personable, motivated professional to work closely with our students. The role requires a self-starter who is able to build excellent links with potential employers, while upskilling students with SEND or barriers to learning to support them on a supported internship programme.

Job Coaches proactively support our students to develop job searching skills, to access work rotations within a host business, to develop their functional English and maths, and ultimately, to progress into paid employment.

If you have experience of working effectively with students with SEND or barriers to learning and you have the drive and tenacity to establish networks with external stakeholders, we would love to hear from you.

You will be required to actively support our students, on a DFN Project search supported internship who will be taking part in workplace rotations within a host business and are looking to progress into paid employment.
