Staff Nurse – RGN
Hours: Day Shifts, 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £20.90

Our client, a beautiful nursing home, is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their team for day shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly residents, with a focus on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered General Nurse (Adult) qualification with active NMC registration
  • Previous experience in elderly care with an understanding of the unique needs of older adults
  • Skilled in drafting comprehensive care plans, risk assessments, and dietary plans
  • Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, including MCA and DoLS
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care, including administering medication, conducting assessments, and implementing personalised care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individual care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care
  • Stay informed on current clinical best practices and relevant regulatory frameworks
