Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lecturer in Health and Social Care (Part-Time). This is a unique opportunity to inspire and shape the future of students entering the health and social care sector by delivering engaging, high-quality instruction in both practical and theoretical aspects of the field.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a valued member of our Further Education department, your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Health and Social Care.
Assisting in curriculum design, development, and quality improvement within the subject area.
Supporting student recruitment through interviews, Initial Advice and Guidance (IAG), Open Days, and other events.
Monitoring and supporting student progress, retention, achievement, and progression using effective tracking systems.
Staying up to date with subject knowledge and applying innovative teaching methods, both face-to-face and online.
Contributing to the academic community through knowledge exchange, professional practice, and scholarship.
