You will be assisting in creating a caring, homely environment for our residents and supervising a team of Housekeepers & Front of House staff to ensure they are delivering a 5* customer experience & maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.Within your role as Hospitality Lead, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives.
