Scale 3 - currently £24,570 - £25,706 per annum – pro-rata
Hours per week: 22.5 hours per week

Fircroft is a residential college occupying a former Cadbury family home, set in six acres of beautiful grounds in Selly Oak, Birmingham.
We were originally founded to provide educational opportunities for some of the most disadvantaged and excluded members of society. More than one hundred years on from the birth of Fircroft College, its mission of ‘social justice’ is more relevant than ever.
Fircroft is a thriving and ambitious College, our values are embedded throughout the organisation and we are consistently nominated for sector and professional awards as an employer. We were assessed at “Gold” Level once again in 2021 by Investors In People. We are looking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Partnership Officer to maximise student recruitment through new and existing partnerships, lead on the events, systems and processes and contribute to the work of the Admissions Team.
To be considered for this role you must have experience of initiating contact with organisations and dealing with clients and staff at different levels, able to organise successful internal events and attend external events across region and have strong digital skills including databases, spreadsheets, virtual meeting and social media.
The right person will be someone who enjoys working at a fast pace with a variety of different tasks, who is self-managed with a strong work ethic, who has a positive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude and is a completer / finisher.
