Crynodeb
PAs needed for a male adult with learning difficulties in the Liberton area of Edinburgh. Some of the duties the role requires of you are to assist him at home and out and about. He needs help washing, making meals and maintaining his flat where he lives with support.
We are looking to recruit flexible members of staff to cover vacant hours on Saturday: 10am- 6pm,
Sunday: 10am – 4pm (shifts may be negotiable).
Availability to help with holiday cover and staff absence is desirable.
Perks of the job include:
An hourly rate of £14.
10 days annual leave a year.
Meals according to shifts.
The ideal candidate would be relaxed, easy going and active, enjoys a cuppa, building jigsaws and can assist the person with various other activities he enjoys. Shadowing shifts will be essential for all parties to feel confident before the role is confirmed.
They will also have to provide a clear PVG.
A full UK driving license is essential so that he can get use of his car to get out and about.
