Crynodeb
To promote peer review and reflective practice within an area of practice as a nurse and as a prescriber. To formally and informally disseminate knowledge and skills to other staff. To act as a role model to all others as a prescriber. To be known as a resource and expert in your prescribing practice area. To undertake and participate in clinical supervision with medical colleagues and other non medical prescribers. To identify personal and professional development needs and implement action plans to meet these needs. To complete mandatory training annually. To undertake regular CPD with a minimum of 50 hours per year.
