Crynodeb
We are currently recruiting a Security Receptionist to work on an established site in Sunderland. Candidates must hold a SIA Licence.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to work on a busy automotive manufacturing site and you will be the face of the business, so previous experience is essential.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08.00-15.45 and Friday 08.00-14.15
37.25 hours per week
Your Time at Work
As a Receptionist your duties will include;
- Greeting visitors to the site
- Smart appearance with a good attention to detail
- Managing phone calls
- Managing the reception area
- Daily administration duties, so having excellent IT skills is essential.
- Customer Care and delivering outstanding customer service

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times and have;
- Strong interpersonal skills - building trust and support with peers.
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Excellent computer skills
- Adherence to company policies & Client Operating Procedures
- Highest levels of integrity and professionalism required at all times
