Main duties of this job role:
- A welcoming face to the business
- Answering the phone and general enquiry's
-Booking jobs on the in-house portal
-Conversing and liaising with clients
-Maintaining job schedule for engineers
- Assisting engineers with site queries
-Paying suppliers at month end
-Keeping a record of invoices received
-Ensure deadlines are met and priorities remain aligned with business objectives
-Follow up on outstanding actions and provide timely reminders
-Monitor inbox for tasks requiring action, including identifying important emails and answering where appropriate.
-Check for diary conflicts and resolve any when required
-Returning faulty products from supplies when required
-Month end billing and chasing of aged debts
-Creating annual maintenance and monitoring contracts.
-Complete PQQ'S and RAMS as and when required by clients.
-Maintain cleanliness of surroundings.
Skills required for this role:
-Office experience is necessary
-Excellent IT skills required, in house training will be provided for software used by the company
-Experience in the fire and safety industry would be beneficial but not essential
-All quality assurance would be beneficial but not essential
-Attention to detail and communication skills are required
-Good customer service skills
-Use good judgement and have great levels of professionalism
