General Operative

We are currently seeking a General Operative to join our team at the end of one of our fast-paced production lines. As a General Operative, your main responsibilities will include assembling cardboard boxes, ensuring product quality, packing products, completing relevant paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fast paced
• Working on a production line
• Checking the quality
• Packing the product into the boxes
• Assembling new boxes
• Moving the product onto a pallet when box is full
• Filling in paperwork
• Adhering to health and safety
• Cleaning
• Must be able to read and write

Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills for completing relevant paperwork.

We currently have the following shifts available:


Shift G: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6pm - 6am
£13.86 p/h

Shift D: Rotating Days. 6am - 6pm
** week 1 Sunday Monday Tuesday
** week 2 Monday Tuesday Wednesday
£12.86 p/h

Shift E: Rotating Days. 6am - 6pm
** week 1 Wednesday Thursday Friday
** week 2 Thursday Friday Saturday
£12.86 p/h
