The service operates over 24 hours, 7 days a week to provide crisis mental health assessment & interventions for CYP in a range of settings, as well as operating the CYP aspect of the trust wide crisis line. Team members work 11.5 hour shifts.
The service covers the whole of the CWP footprint, with multiple hubs across this patch. Although a clinical role there are also aspects of management, such as performance management and rostering.
Applicants need to be able to think on their feet, working flexibly to manage incoming unplanned work across the day, leading a team of staff to achieve this, whilst offering support and clinical knowledge to junior staff.
