CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security who will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users at a stunning building located just minutes away from Old Street, comprised of 16-storey, 237,000 sq ft tower containing offices, retail and residential plus a new public square.Information:Position: Corporate Security OfficerLocation: London (ECTY)Pay Rate: £13.94 per hourHours: Average 54 hours per week Shifts: Nights & Weekend Days - Rolling Roster - (WK1) Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun Nights (WK2) Wed & Thurs Nights, Sat & Sun Days Job Requirements:SIA Licence requiredCorporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year an advantageEx forces would be an advantage Must be flexible and be able to workdays, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change due to operational needsExcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all timesMust have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT SkillsReliable, Responsible and PunctualA friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing characterTo take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentationFlexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirableJob Responsibilities: Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiativeBe calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional mannerPhysically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shiftConfident in writing incident and shift reportsTo always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems (Lots of sites use different Systems)Have the ability to write emails and reply to emails in the correct manner and speak, very important in Corporate Industry.Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process, - Escalate and Disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency or Incident on site.The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures.
