We are looking for a dedicated Water Treatment Engineer to join our team and play a key role in helping ISS deliver exceptional service performance, empowering our people, and supporting our clients’ purpose.
This is a varied and rewarding role with clear progression opportunities, as well as the benefit of a company van.
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of planned maintenance and servicing activities to ensure our clients remain compliant with L8 ACOP legislation.
Working across both commercial and domestic water systems of varying complexity, you'll play a vital role in supporting safe and efficient water hygiene practices.

The Role
Promote and enforce Health & Safety, food safety, and hygiene standards
Manage teams, deliver training, and drive high-performance culture
Ensure compliance with company food policies, menus, and recipes
Build strong client relationships and respond promptly to feedback
Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and food presentation
Maintain accurate records for compliance, reporting, and performance tracking
Implement planning, control measures, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Level 3 Food Safety Certificate required (or to be achieved within 3 months)
Minimum 1 year as Kitchen Manager or experienced Catering Assistant, ready to step up
Strong cooking skills and understanding of school catering
Good knowledge of Health & Safety, profit and loss, and kitchen systems like Cypad
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel independently and work proactively
Positive attitude with high energy and a client-focused mindset
