Accountable to: Administration Manager
Job Purpose:
To pro-actively retain and develop the relationship with clients. In conjunction with the administration, sales, and marketing team, you will be responsible for a wide portfolio of customers, and act as the link between the client and the rest of the business. You will also support the development and delivery of e-marketing initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and promote products or services to both old and new clients.
Monday - Wednesday, 8am - 4pm
22.5 hours per week
Main Duties and responsibilities:
Managing your own portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth order processing and consistent communication
Coordinating uniform branding and sourcing garments, including providing accurate costings and quotations
Leading customer engagement through regular contact, support, and resolving any queries
Collaborating across teams (sales, admin, embroidery, production) to deliver excellent service
Supporting e-marketing campaigns and client communications such as newsletters and digital updates
Helping plan and deliver uniform rollouts and product refreshes
Skills & Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Confident using communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good standard of grammar and attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A proactive, professional approach and a positive attitude towards client service
