The Role
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who need extra support to keep up with the curriculum. You’ll deliver small group interventions in literacy and numeracy and provide 1:1 guidance to children with additional needs. You’ll also assist with classroom management, prep resources and help create an engaging learning environment.
